THOMAS W. WEIK
President & Chief Investment Officer

Tom founded Weik Investment in 1987 and has supervised the firm's investment work since that time. His responsibilities include overseeing equity analysis and portfolio management. Prior to founding Weik Investment, he served as Vice President and Portfolio Supervisor at another investment advisory firm. Tom's experience also included Vice President positions at two major brokerage firms. After he graduated from Lebanon Valley College in 1964, Tom engaged in graduate work at Roosevelt University and a doctoral program at the Illinois Institute of Technology. His education was interrupted by the Vietnam War when he was called to duty and served for four years as a staff officer at Headquarters Tactical Air Command, USAF. Tom has written investment columns for two Pennsylvania newspapers. He is a trustee emeritus of Albright College, having served the college as Chairman of the Investment Committee for more than ten years. Tom served on the board of the Foundation for the Reading Public Museum and chaired the Joint Trust Fund Committee for approximately ten years. He is a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia and the Berks County Estate Planning Council. Tom serves on the board of the Torch Club of Reading. He is a nationally prominent tournament bridge player, having won a national championship and more than 12,000 master points. Tom is a past president of District 4, a six-state subdivision of the American Contract Bridge League. He currently serves on the District's board and executive committee.

ROBERT C. KLINE
Fixed-Income Specialist

Bob joined the firm in 1990 bringing a broad base of investment experience. He is currently engaged in fixed-income research on a part-time basis. Bob consults with us with respect to both the bond market and the analysis of equities in the financial sector. Prior to joining Weik Investment, he served as Senior Vice President and Bank Economist for Meridian Bancorp, Inc., managing the bank's investment and economic departments. During his 14 years at Meridian, his responsibilities included developing and implementing fixed income investment strategies, forecasting interest rates and the economy, strategic planning, supervising customer securities, and serving on key management committees. Prior to joining Meridian, Bob was with Continental Bank from 1965 to 1975, heading the Trust Investment Department. Bob graduated in 1958 from Dickinson College, where he majored in economics. He also completed a two-year executive training program at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia and various courses at the Wharton Graduate School, University of Pennsylvania. Bob is presently a board member of the Great Valley Nature Center. He has served on the audit committee of the United Way of Berks County and is a past director of the Reading YMCA, the Phoenixville Area YMCA, and Historic Yellow Springs, Inc. Bob is an elder of The First Presbyterian Church of Phoenixville and is on the Presbytery's Committee of Ministry.

SARAH C. SKILLMAN
Chief Compliance Officer & Portfolio Manager

Sarah assumed a permanent position at Weik Investment in 2006 after interning with the firm during her senior year of college. She currently serves on the investment team and as Chief Compliance Officer. Sarah is involved in portfolio management and has the primary responsibility for fixed-income work. She graduated cum laude from Albright College in May, 2006, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and majoring in accounting, economics, and finance. Sarah has earned the professional designation of Accredited Asset Management SpecialistSM after completing an educational program offered through the College for Financial Planning. She remains active with her alma mater and is the President of Phi Delta Sigma, an honorary alumnae sorority at Albright. Sarah is a sister of Alpha Delta Pi sorority and currently serves as the Chapter Advisor at Albright. She also participates in Albright College's Parents and Alumni Seeking Students (PASS) program. Sarah serves on the board of directors for Girls on the Run of Berks County. She is a member of the Berks County chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution and volunteers with the Red Shoe Crew of Central PA.

ABHISHEK AMATYA
Equity Analyst

Abhi comes to us from Kathmandu, Nepal. He began his association with Weik Investment in 2008, supporting the firm’s equity work while he continued his education. He graduated cum laude from Albright with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management and then earned his MBA at Kutztown University. He is principally engaged in the analysis of equity securities, playing a key role in unveiling investment opportunities that meet our established criteria. Abhi also participates in the firm’s portfolio management. He is a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia and serves on the board of the Albright College Alumni Association. Abhi serves on the board of Berks Connections/Pretrial Services and is a member of the Greater Reading Young Professionals.

WARREN W. WEIK
Lead Portfolio Manager

Warren joined Weik Investment in 2010 and became a member of the investment team in 2012. He plays a key role in portfolio management and is also engaged in equity research. In addition, Warren assists the president with the administration of the firm’s business. He received his BS in Business Administration from Albright College, where he graduated summa cum laude in 2011. Prior to joining Weik Investment, Warren was employed by Penske Truck Leasing and was responsible for national rental and lease accounts. He is a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia and the Rotary Club of West Reading — Wyomissing. Warren is a director of the World Affairs Council of Greater Reading and serves as treasurer for the board. He is also on the board of the YMCA of Reading & Berks County.

DEAN B. MESSINGER
Secretary/Treasurer

Dean joined Weik Investment in 1996. As secretary-treasurer, he is responsible for all corporate accounting and record keeping. In addition, Dean plays a significant role in assuring the quality of our client reporting. He also manages our human resources and physical property. Dean attended Shippensburg University and has more than 30 years of business management experience. Dean is a teacher at his church, where he has assumed various leadership roles. He has been heavily involved in coaching sports and overseeing other youth activities.

KRISTINA PRISLIN-SCHAEFFER
Client Service Administrator & Executive Assistant

Kristina joined Weik Investment in 2011. She is responsible for account administration and client service, as well as office administrative support. Kristina graduated in 2000 from the Secondary Economic School in Croatia where she concentrated in accounting, economics, and finance. After her arrival in the United States, she attended classes at Reading Area Community College while pursuing a career. She subsequently joined Paul R. Ober & Associates, becoming a Legal Assistant and playing a key role in support of the law firm’s activities. Kristina’s continuation as a Notary Public has enhanced her ability to serve as our account administrator. She is the secretary of the Schuylkill Valley Ice Hockey club.

ISRAEL D. KEMMERER
Portfolio Accountant

Israel joined Weik Investment as Portfolio Accountant in July, 2015. He maintains daily investment activity and is responsible for the accuracy of our portfolio records. Israel also updates portfolio performance data on a monthly basis. He attended Reading Area Community College where he graduated with an Associate degree in accounting. In addition to his full-time responsibilities with Weik Investment, Israel assists his father’s metal building company, Kemmerer Group Incorporated, serving as treasurer. Prior to joining Weik Investment, he worked at Maidencreek TV and Appliance. He is an active member of his church, where he is engaged in music ministry.

KENNETH W. WEIK
Research Assistant

Ken joined Weik Investment on a full-time basis in 2016 and presently assists the investment team with its research efforts. He is responsible for maintaining our information technology platform and the continuous improvement of our information system. Ken studied aeronautical science at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Arizona and has earned his Private Pilot license. He will graduate from Albright College in the Spring of 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
